Leveraging a network and agile team, we prioritize speed and efficiencies, compressing timelines through proactive AHJ navigation, value engineering, and streamlined stakeholder alignment. Our approach offers cost-plus-fee flexibility with fixed monthly retainers for core advisory services and reimbursables billed at actual cost plus a modest admin fee for full transparency. Our services scale across business development, construction oversight, and facility operations, including IT logistics like server installs and RMA handling.
